On this amazing journey kids travel across 5 different lands, take on 20 of my favourite Yoga Adventures, plot their route on fun-filled downloadable maps, and finish with a personalised certificate signed by me!

Why Yoga Quest?

Motivation to get started - Kids really love having something to work towards. The Quest gives them a whole world of fun to work through, ticking off episodes and lands to get their well earned certificate at the end.

Stickiness to make it a habit - As with many activities kids interest in Yoga can wane as they struggle to become competent. Even if kids don't quite finish it, the Quest encourages effort, progress and process which helps them establish a lovely yoga habit!

Developmental benefits - Across the 20 films we share a whole range of topics that are great for kids' development - bravery, confidence, honesty, positivity, trust, and many more. All wrapped in the usual Cosmic Kids fun!
