Yoga videos and classroom activities for kids age 5-9.

Designed in conjunction with the European Space Agency.

At Cosmic Kids we’re always looking for ways to get kids interested in the world around them and we try to do this at the same time as helping them feel the benefits of yoga and mindfulness.

The European Space Agency got in touch with us asking us to explore the idea of Samantha doing yoga in Space. We are so excited to be the first people to work with an astronaut on yoga in space. We’ve made some VIDEOS about this project and this is the pack to go with those videos.
